Happy Thanksgiving! I really enjoyed listening to Jason and Robbie’s podcast, posted below. I appreciate the discernment of what Authentic Relating is and isn’t. I think it’s important for us to be mindful of the potential pitfalls when we don’t really walk our talk. Thanks guys!

This Authentic Life ~ Robbie Carlton
In this dialog Robbie and Jason geek out about the nuances of circling and Authentic relating and some of the ways it can be mis-used, abused, and mis understood.
Robbie Carlton is a veteran Authentic Relator and has been a course leader for AMP and T3. In 2016 he gave a presentation at the Relational Leadership Summit about all the things circling gets wrong.
He also has a productivity/personal growth podcast called How to Be an OK person
Thursdays 6:30pm – 7:30pm in the Studio
Neurosculpting is a mind-training practice that is rooted in applied neuroscience. The process of Neurosculpting is accessible for people with all skill and experience levels. Many have found it to be easier to go deep with a Neurosculpting meditation practice than with other forms of meditation. It can be harnessed to work with fear, anger, money issues, stress, and more.
This class will start with a brief discussion on Neuroscience with a different focus topic each time. Then you’ll experience a guided Neurosculpting meditation pertaining to that topic. In each class you’ll gain a new tool you can use on your own to retrain your brain.
There is no “silver bullet” when it comes to optimizing your personal evolution, but there is continual use of practices that work. This is one of them!

Align Your Spine with Hollis Jones
Thursdays 9:00am – 10:30am in the Studio
An Inside Out Approach to Movement
In this full spectrum movement class we call on the extremes of the nervous system to improve posture and body awareness. We use foundation training to build intensity, strength, and length and organic movement for creativity, flow, and relaxation. Assuming that our bodies are naturally intelligent, we give it new information to work with, putting it into poses that correct bad posture habits, and then allow it to process that information by moving itself in whatever way feels right through organic movement.
$15 for non-members FREE for Integral Center Members
