December 29, 2016

Greetings Community,

I’m stoked about our New Year’s party this Saturday night! I would much rather be here getting deep with all of you than be in a bar with random drunk people. Tickets are still available for pre-purchase for $44 until the day of the event on Eventbrite. See you there!

In This Issue:

  • Robert MacNaughton will teach an Integral Theory and Practice class starting January 9th.
  • Rani Herman is teaching a special Embodying the New Year class New Year’s Day.
  • Maria Bailey set up another Bridgehouse Community Service day on January 6th.

There’s a lot of great events so look at our online calendar for more info and any last minute changes.

Embodying the New Year with Rani Herman

Sunday January 1st 3:00pm – 5:30pm in the Studio

We have crossed the threshold and are entering into 2017!!!!

BIG WOW! What an amazing time to embody, share, create and put in to form our greatest desires for this New Year!

This workshop will be a super sweet and nourishing blend of authentic movement and art!! We will blend creative movement with poetic and genuine expression thru giving form and breathe, words and prayers to our deepest hearts call. We will create art from this place and get to witness the energetic imprint be moved and sounded from others while getting to embody and share what comes alive in sacred space.

Rani completed the Life and Art Movement training from the Tamalpa Institute (Anna Halprins school) in 2006. She has her Masters degree in Transpersonal Counseling and is a long time Yoga Teacher, Somatic Therapist, Body Worker & Creative Movement Teacher.

This is an offering and I want all to feel welcome! You can come tired or quiet, alive or fierce, in the known or unknown…You get to come as you are and let yourself be moved and nourished.

There will be some art supplies there, yet feel free to bring your own as well!

No one turned away for true lack of funds… just please reach out personally.

Bridgehouse Community Service

Friday January 6th 4:15pm – 6:15pm and Every Other 1st Friday

Come and join us to share our practice of presence and authentic relating as we give back to Boulder at the LOCAL SOUP KITCHEN – BRIDGEHOUSE. Every other first friday of the month! Next project January 6th 4:15 – 6:15

“You just being here and having a smile on your face, giving good healthy food, being willing to talk to people for a while will make a difference.”

We will be serving a good healthy meal to someone who really appreciates it with hands-on and direct service to about 100 homeless locals in boulder.

We’ll want to aim for about 8 – 10 volunteers during those hours. If we have more volunteers we’ll organize in two shifts 4:15-5:15pm and 5:15pm – 6:15pm

“Volunteering is more than just serving food, it’s about relating & human interaction.”

Sign up now and let us know you’re coming on our Facebook Event Page.
