Weekly Update for 3/08/18

Greetings Community,

I have some bad news. Sofia has suffered the loss of a family member and has to leave asap for several weeks. I have taken her classes off of the schedule, though she plans to do a few final classes when she returns near the end of March. Read below for a personal message from her. There are many more adjustments to the schedule, so please check it out at the bottom of this newsletter.

  • Tribal Belly Dance will be moving to Monday mornings at 9:30am to 10:30am.

A Personal Message from Sofia Diaz

Beloved friends, my amazing Mamasita, Sofia Diaz Sr. passed away in her sleep. I HAVE to trust her divine timing, have to go tend to her in a different form. I will be in California for a bit. Upon my return we will celebrate the Integral Center yogically and spread wings of practice grace across the landscape celebrating the practice we’ve all done here. For now catch updates on the journey & journey to the new yoga sanctuary on Instagram @shaktisomasanctuary. Catch you on the flip of this massive life passage! Thank you a million times over for your practice and your generous holding of my mama and me in your hearts! Jai!

Tribal Belly Dance

Tribal Belly Dance is moving to Monday mornings!

Want to learn how to belly dance in a group, to any music, at the drop of a hat? American Tribal Style offers a lead-follow improvisational system that can be done anytime, anywhere. Belly dance with your friends at parties or do a sexy solo to your favorite song.
