I had a horrible headache on Monday, Mary Jo gave me a wonderful massage and the headache went away! She just moved into the large treatment room upstairs, it’s a really nice setup. See the post below for info on what she has to offer. Mary Jo also came to my Tribal Belly Dance class at my new time on Wednesdays at 6pm. I hope you’ll join us next week and stay for the Open Movement Jam afterwards so we can all dance together!

Tribal Belly Dance
Wednesdays 6:00pm – 7:00pm in the Studio
Join a national tribe of American belly dancers who can all dance together at the drop of a hat. American Tribal Style (ATS) Belly Dance is an improvisational system that can be done to any type of music with no choreography. So, go to a party and find someone else who knows ATS and start dancing together!
This drop-in class is a series of 6 lessons that keep repeating, teaching a few steps each time. You can start with any lesson. The steps are fairly simple and easy to learn. It’s inclusive of all genders and ages. This is not a performance group, it’s just for fun.
Join us and stay for the Open Dance Jam at 8pm to use your moves right away!
FREE for Integral Center Members, $10 for non-members.
