I just enrolled my daughter in the Minecraft Modding Coding With Kids Camp. She’s psyched and I’m happy to have her occupied at the IC while I’m working this summer. I’m also enrolling her in Dream Tank at the Impact Hub. The woman who started it was speaking at the Regenerative Future Summit at CU last week and I got really excited about it. Secrets Your Body Wants to Know
Many who consider themselves on a path of self-development still see the body as an afterthought or a vehicle to be fine-tuned and maintained. In his Relational Leadership Summit talk, A.J. Pape opens new possibilities of living in the body as the ground of life, the place we can directly access the evolutionary impulse at root. This path is not merely feeling our sensations, but also discovering how the body is where we learn, how we change and evolve, and where we connect with others & with our great work in life.tration discount if you register soon, and an additional $100 off if you use the discount code aliveness. Deep Healing Yoga with Jamie Mantey
Thursdays 5:00pm – 6:15pm in the Studio
Slow down, soften, and sink into the sweet spot of yoga’s replenishing power. Using a combination of deep breathing and meditative feeling-awareness, this class includes gentle therapeutic yoga, luscious long-holds in yin, restorative, and qi-cultivation postures, and yogic relaxation. Unwind bodily closures, build vital reserves, and unfurl into nervous-system-balancing and heart-refreshing openness. All are welcome.
